Set in the Newport Harbor area, The Lido Lot is our boutique 1,400 sq ft studio built to create premium content in a space that feels intentional, comfortable, and dialed in.

Think: a modern stage, an AOTO 1.5 pitch LED wall with a premium Brompton processor, and flexible support spaces—designed for shoots, recordings, reviews, and small hosted gatherings.

Walkable to restaurants and Newport Harbor, minutes from John Wayne Airport, close to the beaches, and a quick hop to Fashion Island—it’s a destination that guests actually enjoy showing up to.

The LED Wall

The AOTO 15’ LED wall gives you instant worlds—bold color washes, subtle gradients, graphic patterns, photo plates, motion, and branded backdrops—perfect for product work, interviews, and content that needs to feel elevated fast. With AOTO 1.5 pitch and a Brompton processor, you’ll get crisp detail, clean color, and a premium finish on camera.

BOOKINGS

Edit Bay/Green Room

Whether you need a dedicated talent retreat, a client-facing viewing area, or an on-site edit suite, our private green room and edit bay has you covered. Talent can decompress and touch up between setups, while clients stay comfortable and connected to the creative process without being in the middle of the action. When the shoot wraps, use the space to review footage, make selects, or start a rough cut before you ever leave the building — perfect for same-day turnarounds and on-the-spot client approvals. It's the kind of versatile support space that keeps your production day running smoothly from the first take to the final deliverable.

Kitchen

We have a small on-site kitchen available for crew use — great for coffee, snacks, and basic catering needs. For larger productions requiring full craft services, we're also able to accommodate a kitchen trailer on-site, making it easy to keep your cast and crew fed no matter the scale of your shoot.

bathrooms

The facility includes two private bathrooms — one with a toilet and sink for quick breaks during your shoot, and a second with a full shower for those early call times, long production days, or talent who need to freshen up before stepping in front of the camera.

A little something Extra

Conveniently located near Newport Harbor, we also have access to a 50-foot sailboat docked nearby — available for client meetings, talent holding, or an unforgettable wrap party. Just ask.
